Unfortunately we do not cover international duties and taxes. Your payment at the checkout will include your purchase and the shipping costs. As the recipient, you will be held liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country into which you want your order to be delivered.

How long will delivery be when there are more than one product delivery time in the cart?

In this case, the longest delivery time in the basket will be your product delivery. This will also be added to the delivery time.

What are the conditions for product supply?

Products are limited to stocks. After the customer order, the stock in the product stores is checked. The customer is informed about products that are not available due to consumption of the product and payment is refunded. 

How is the shipping charge determined?

Domestic Customers (Turkey & TRNC): does not charge shipping for any domestic shipment.

International Customers: If you live outside Republic of Turkey, we are unable to offer you complimentary shipping at this time. The shipping charge will be presented with the approval of your order and will be added to the your order amount after your approval. Please check your delivery address before submitting your order.

How long is the delivery time of the shipping?

Domestic Customers (Turkey & TRNC): Detailed information on the page of each product contains information about the shipping delivery time. If no different delivery period is given, the standard shipping delivery time is 1-3 working days.

International Customers: Delivery times, if available, will be indicated during check out based on country of selection.


When can item(s) be returned?

You will have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit a Return Request and send back your item(s). All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions.  

We accept returns excluding non-returnable products for hygienic reasons. Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached. We will not accept returns that are without tags, damaged, used and/or altered. 

How to return item(s)?

You can see your order history by clicking "Order History and Details" in the "My Account" page. The details of your order will appear when you click on the "Details" link in your Order History. Once you have marked the products you wish to return, and have written the reason for the return, you can complete your return request.

For International shipments outside of Republic of Turkey, you are responsible for the cost to return your item(s).  

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned package has been received and your refund has been processed.
